Based in Ankara you will be leading the company sales activities.

The Regional Sales Manager main role is to develop new clients in line with the company overall strategy in your region as well as to support operations in the renewal of the key clients.

We also expect from the Regional Sales Manager to closely follow the market and anticipate market opportunities to leverage on company resources to develop the most competitive solutions.

Role and responsibilities

Drive revenue and profit increase to achieve the Company growth target,

Focus on the implementation of the development strategy,

Be a key driver in initiating market requirements and work with other departments in the development of solutions and offers,

Maintain relationship with key clients and prospects,

Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on competitors’ developments,

Work closely with other company departments to ensure the company remains competitive in term of cost, service portfolio and innovation,

To carry out sales development activities in legal practices and company policies,

Profile

Proven experience in B2B sales activities,

Client centric,

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,

Strong networking capabilities,

Excellent negotiation skills and influential skills,

Capability to listen and understand market and clients’ needs and expectations and to translate them into solutions,

Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting,

Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner,

Capable to think strategically on both short and long term,

Bachelor’s degree,

English is a plus, not a must,

B driving license
