Miranda is a manufacturer and worldwide supplier of packaged water & wastewater treatment plants. Our product innovation and reliability efforts have been crowned by Design Turkey 2010 Industrial Design Award.
We are looking for a "Sales and Marketing Manager" reporting to Deputy CEO.
- University degree in Environmental Engineering or a related area (Master’s Degree is an asset)
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably in water & wastewater treatment or a related field. (Multinational Company experience is an asset)
- Extensive ability in developing processes and delivering sales results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all the stakeholders within Turkey and abroad
- Expert in MS Office applications
- Excellent command of English and Turkish. German knowledge is an asset
- No military obligation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage domestic and international sales, marketing, after sales service operations as well as international distributors
- Manage and mentor employees in order to meet objectives and KPIs
- Help to develop departmental budget, projections and investment plans
- Analyzing and periodically reporting sales and marketing operations to the upper management
- Implement productivity and customer-service standards. Carry out recurrent SWOT analysis to derive/modify strategic objectives
- Identify market trends, recommend new approaches, product lines, segments
- Interface with the Engineering and Production Departments to meet Company strategic objectives.
