Purpose of the Job
Mainly; to Maintain the Safety Stock Level for Sustainable Production, Establishing Purchasing Process of the Company.
Additionally; in order to Improve Supply Chain Management, Keeping Purchasing Record, Analyzing Purchasing Data, Searching for Alternative Supplier(s)
Responsibilities
Reporting SCM Issues Directly to SCM Manager
Supporting SCM Manager on Purchasing Issues
Preparing and Processing Requisitions and/or Purchase Orders for Production Demands
Constantly Controlling Stock Level of Consumables to Maintain Min/Max Requirements for the Facility
Negotiating with Suppliers about Price/Payment Terms/Delivery Terms for both Products/Services
Searching for Alternative Products and/or Service Suppliers at All Time
Data Recording to Analyze the Purchasing Trend(s) and the Cost of Goods
Managing Good Relationships and Building Effective Supply Chain Partnerships both Internally and Externally
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or Higher) in Engineering or Related Field
Minimum 3 Year Experience in Purchasing
Good Command of English
Solid Knowledge and Understanding of Purchasing/Procurement Processes, Policy and Systems
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills; Able to Negotiate, Establish and Process Contracts
Proficient Computer Skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Preferably Experienced in ERP System
Able to Multitask, Prioritize and Manage Time Efficiently
Accurate and Precise Attention to Detail
Able to Make Decisions in a Fast-Paced Environment
