QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements
- Participate in the process for estimating and planning change requests
- Create analysis and test plans and follow them
- Time management and priority setting
- Problem solving and dealing with ambiguity
- Ensure that expectations of all business requirements are met
- Build trusting relationships with international customers in international projects
- Provide recommendations based on requirements and drive business accordingly
- BA in Management, Economics or BS in Engineering fields
- At least 5 years of Business analysis experience is a must
- Good command in English
- Strong communication/presentation skills and analytical thinking ability
- Eager to learn, follow and solve problems
- Efficient team player
- Experience in HR Management Systems and HR business processes is an asset
- Residing on Istanbul/Anatolian side is a plu
