QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Labour Relations, C&B, Performance Management Manager, we are looking for a Senior C&B, Performance Management Specialist who aims to add value to his/her career with our highly motivated HR Team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering,
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Performance Management, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit and HR Budget experience,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Good knowledge in labor law & SSI, income tax and all legal issues,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Collaborative, team player and focused,
  • Self-motivated, think independently and result-oriented,
  • Very good command of English both verbally and written.

Job Description

  • Develops the performance management system, puts it into practice, follows the process and makes the necessary reports,
  • Ensures job analysis and job evaluation studies are carried out with the consultant firm,
  • Suggests the necessary improvements for the determination of the company's compensation and benefits and bonus strategies and does the necessary analysis,
  • Prepares the data that provides input to the pay premium calculations, necessary analyzes and presentations,
  • Prepares the project plans related to the field of responsibility, puts them into practice, prepares the communication plan, makes the necessary presentations,
  • Supports the budget works, prepares the budget related with its own field, does the necessary analyzes,
  • Within the context of employee experience, prepares surveys related to processes in the field of responsibility and organizes workshops, etc.,
  • Takes an active role in various projects of Human Resources,
  • Follows all new practices and developments in the relevant field, puts trend and good practices examples into effect,
  • Monitors the compliance of the works related to the field of responsibility with the laws, regulations and other regulations in force, at the same time determines operational risks, determines preventive rules, implements and reports.
