Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in related disciplines,
- At least 6 years of HR experience in IT Recruitment,
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills,
- Ability to team work,
- Having strong communication and human relations skills,
- Good verbal and written skills in English,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- For male candidates military obligation should be completed,
- Preferably located in Asian side of Istanbul.
Job Description
- Coordinating with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs,
- Being responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates for technology positions.
