QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics:

· Preparing routine reports and analyses based on sales, product, customer, segment and other marketing perspectives

· Creating and customizing easily comprehensible reports and designing dashboards by using Qlik Sense

· Develops data-driven recommendations that support key business decisions in line with department goals

· Working in collaboration with stakeholders to understand their data&analysis needs, challenges and problems,

· Making a research proactively, defining of problems in the main data and solve it by communicating with related departments

· Interpreting complex datasets into meaningful outputs that other teams can use, creating a story providing a commercial perspective

· Updating the marketing definitions of product material card

Performance Reporting:

· Creating analyses and reports to help understanding the performance of marketing activities.

· Providing analytical and commercial perspective to identify KPIs that serve marketing strategies

· Design KPI Dashboards and preparing monthly business review presentations

· Following up the metrics related to the campaign management to post analysis reports

· Executing ad-hoc or regular reporting requests for products and services (webinar performance, reference customer)

Budget:

· Providing monthly/yearly budget and forecast reports of Group Marketing by working in coordination with other marketing teams and Group Finance budget team.

· Following up the actual budget performance

· Responsible for the order registration of marketing expenses

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Statistics, Mathematics Departments or equivalent

· Have 5+ years experience in a related position (Preferably in Marketing Analytics, Sales Operation, Performance Monitoring, Growth departments)

· Advanced in written/spoken English and MS Office applications

· Passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing

· 3+ years of reporting and dashboard design experience with data visualization technologies (QlikSense, Qlikview or similar tools)

· Basic SQL knowledge and basic understanding of databases

· Excellent time, process, and task management skills

· Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with stakeholders.

· Strong written, verbal communication skills & presentation skills

· Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and verbally

· Result-oriented, able to work through highly complex situations.

· Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures
