GENEL NİTELİKLER
There is a search for a Service Manager to be employed in Komatsu Turkey.
QUALIFICATION
- Mechanical engineering degree from a reputable university,
- Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in the area of a similar industry,
- Fluent in English both written and verbal,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Willing to travel extensively domestic and abroad,
- Ability to independently plan work schedule, task, perform self-quality checks and follow procedures,
- Excellent communication skills and being teamworker,
- Holding a valid driving licence and experienced in driving,
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining an efficient communication between distributor, QA departments of factories and also Headquarters in Tokyo and Dubai,
- Organizing visits to jobsites or customers together with factory and headquarter representatives for product support related issues with Distributor representatives, follow-up progress to closure all actions concerning technical topics,
- Visiting customers , making surveys to understand customer needs,
- Develop the use of Komatsu Information and Communication Technologies, such as Komtrax.
