QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
· University degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics
· Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and stock management and project management
· SAP knowledge (mainly SD and MM module) will be an asset
· Knowledge of Modern Warehouse Management Systems (WM)
· Excellent command of MS Office applications
· Fluent in English both written and spoken
· Quality-oriented, task-conscious
· Open to change and development
· Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, leadership and communication skills
· Good in planning & organization and problem solving
· Residency in Izmir
Job Description
• Following and managing the product warehouse processes and functions, and ensuring their continuous development.
• Continuously monitoring and controlling the finished product stocks, keeping stocks at optimum level
• Ensuring that the products are taken from production, transported and stored properly
• Tracking and managing deposit and pallet stocks
• Managing monthly and year-end finished warehouse stock closures
• Responsible from stock reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Contributing to existing projects and developing new improvement projects across the Supply Chain function
• Preparing and coordinating the work plan of the loading preparation and product warehouse team
