QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering
  • Preferably master degree in an engineering management is an asset
  • Preferably minimum 2 years experience in customer service or quality management systems in the FMCG sectors
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Quality-oriented, task-conscious
  • Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, leadership and communication skills
  • Good in planning & organization and problem solving
  • Residency in Izmir


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Preparing the relevant reports by following the quality processes and following up the reports
  • Developing a strong, reliable relationship by establishing timely and accurate communication with customers and consumers
  • Working in cooperation with other departments to produce permanent solutions to ensure satisfaction
  • Categorizing and responding to feedbacks and taking actions for solution, following the actions taken
  • Ensuring information security and confidentiality
  • Operation and follow-up of the supplier evaluation system
  • Carrying out and following up the design controls in accordance with the legal regulations
