Your role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our Management Team as part of Supply Chain Operation. This position reports to the Plant Director and is located in Manisa, Turkey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Supply Chain Team (planning, logistic teams, warehouses) in order to realize the supply of materials in accordance with the production plan.
  • Making long-term material planning and creating a forecasting system for the demand planning,
  • Controlling all reports and operation via SAP regarding the purchased material,
  • Taking an active role in stock level reduction projects,
  • Making new product production and pre-series production plans in coordination with the center in Italy,
  • Providing the necessary coordination for the revision of the production plan depending on the material constraints,
  • Preparing weekly and monthly stock reports,
  • Creating the MRP parameters of the new products to be commissioned and making the necessary controls,
  • Being responsible for the management and administration of the entire supply chain team,
  • Being responsible for efficiency studies and carrying out corrective and preventive actions.

You're Profile:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of warehouse / supply chain management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful project management experience in a multinational and matrix organization
  • Business acumen and good understanding of supply planning and vendor management
  • Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must, other languages are a plus
  • Experience working with SAP. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Proactively drive for results and strong can-do attitude
  • Ability to challenge status quo and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organization skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrate ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication
