QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or relevant technical departments required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written(Only applications in English are accepted)
- Experienced in working with technical and engineering terms
- Experienced in working with illustration tools and 3D models
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS)
- Highly capable of MS Office tools
- Able to read technical drawing (2D and 3D) and analyze BOMs
- Knowledge of food processing is an advantage
- Team Player
- Being structured
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- No restriction on traveling abroad when required
Tasks:
- Understand technical concepts and translate them into clear content for our clients.
- Create the technical documentation to be used at sales quotations and device instructions for user manuals and spare parts catalogs
- Improve the overall quality of the user manuals by identifying the missing content
- Align the visual look of all documentation across various product groups
- Work with engineers to make sure that the content described on the instructions are correct
- Coordinate with the documentation team for handling the translation and delivery of the user manuals in accordance with project timings
- Add input to further improvement of manuals and instructions by new digitalization possibilities
