QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Training Specialist for Brisa Akademi which is the first Turkish organisation to provide training courses on tyres.
Candidates are expected to;
- Taking part in the preparation stage of the content of the training programs to follow in line with the needs of the organization, monitoring, conducting the operation and to executing

- Ability to prepare training material and documentation (inc. development of instructional media, learning materials, e-learning, and computer based training)
- Delivering training programs for adult learners in a classroom/online environment
- Measure improvements in trainings in accordance with the feedbacks and changing technologies
- Evaluating training programs to determine impact and identify problems
- Having worked in dynamic environments with data driven approach
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills working with multiple stakeholders
Candidates should have;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
- Excellent communication skills and team oriented,
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Analytical thinking with good reporting abilities,
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills,
- Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player,
- Preferably, experience automotive sector or have a a past experience in quality management.
