QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

Very good knowledge and expertise in at least one/two of the following:

• Automotive transmission components, housings, clutches, actuators and hydraulics.
• Component design (3D/2D), manufacturing techniques and engineering materials
• CAD experience (CREO/ CATIA/ Siemens NX)
• Technical understanding of automatic transmission systems, manuel transmissions and electric drive units (BEV)
• Familiarity with transmission component level testing / vehicle level testing

Job Description

• Concept and detail layout of transmissions and gearboxes for various applications and industries.
• Designing rotating systems and related component selection (gears, shafts, clutches, bearings, seals, etc.)
• Generation of 3D components/subsystem models and manufacturing 2D drawings
• Close cooperation with internal development departments, customers and suppliers
• Preparation internal and external presentation/reports
