Unifree has been operating duty-free shops since 1984, and its strength comes from its service quality policy. Unifree that is a company with a German partner (Gebr. Heinemann) and manages the world's largest duty-free shop area and offering travel retail services on an area of over 56,000 square meters at Istanbul Airport. We are representative of the prestigious and a retail location in Istanbul Airport with over 2.000 employees.

There is a wide and luxurious product range after Unifree Duty Free stores ticket and passport control. It offers the sales service of products such as liquor, tobacco and confectionery, perfume and cosmetics, and accessories to Airline Passengers. Unifree has 103 sub-operators and a total of 134 local and foreign stores.

Reporting to HRBP Unit Manager, we are looking for a HR Assistant Specialist who aims to add value to carry out all recruitment activities in the HR.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience,
  • Experienced especially in recruiting
  • Provide support in operational processes
  • We aim to recruit someone who will support the recruitment of the business unit he/she is responsible for.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to adapt to teamwork
  • Able to use MS Office applications at a good level,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Graduated in the relevant departments of universities (preferably Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations , Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration)

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage of each step of employee journey such as Hiring, Talent Management, Performance Management, Engagement and Termination,
  • Work closely with leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention,
  • Execute recruitment & onboarding and performance & career management activities for his/her account in line with HR policy and practices,
  • Working with business line managers to understand the business needs.
  • Taking part in development of the Employee Life cycle process’ projects. (Recruitment, On boarding, Development, Retention, and Exit)
