QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree from Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in HVAC, pure water treatment, pipe work, building maintenance
- ISO14644 knowledge and cleanroom experience desired
- Excellent command of English is compulsory
- Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
- Experience in SAP PM Module desired
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Ability to work with strict deadlines and give prompt decisions
- Experience in personnel management, staffing and scheduling for a 24/7 environment
- A hands-on approach to problem solving
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Take actions for quality, environment and work safety requirements before maintenance activities
- Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities of utilities
- Lead construction projects
- Take actions and make root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects
- Manage outsourced services
- Ensure all assets and spare parts using in utilities being recorded on SAP PM module
- Create and revise maintenance instructions
- Lead utilities maintenance technicians
- Prepare energy reports and produce cost reduction projects
- Take responsibility of CAPA, NC
