We're looking for a "Customer Services Specialist" with following qualifications to work in our Global Supply Chain department located in Levent.
· University degree from reputable universities
· Advanced level of French and English
· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer management & sales operations
· Knowledge of foreign trade legislations
· Export operations, transportation & custom formalities knowledge
· Good communication skills, problem solving capability
· Good team player & open to self-improvement
· Good command of MS Office programmes, SAP is a plus
· Male candidates should have completed their military service
· Providing the highest standard of customer satisfaction to our customer
· Entering orders in to the system coming from customers
· Sending feedback to customer about delivery dates after order entry the same day
· Supporting customers and sales force on all customer service related issues including ownership of customer complaint resolution
· Preparing monthly, weekly and daily sales and return reports
· Establishing and assuring excellent business relations with the customers and authorized agencies in the region Coordinating and initiating company resources to produce ideal solutions to meet customer needs
