Koç University Information Technologies Directorate will be hiring an Application Administration Specialist with the below mentioned qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
- Proven ability to generate demand for products and services across multiple industries and sectors
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Must have demonstrated leadership competencies management and operations.
- Solid presentation skills and comfort in presenting in front of groups and clients
- Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills

- Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The candidate shall monitor, update, and maintain existing legacy environment software systems interfaces to ensure that the interfaces exchange data properly and to support the current legacy environment
- Working along side teams of managers, stakeholders, product owners and developers
- Acting as an end user advocate
- Helping the client to understand the value of end users to their business
- Support internal and external customers by providing expert advice
- Support customer projects by applying technical expertise
- Daily monitoring and maintenance activities
- Develop work plans and track/report status of assigned projects/tasks
- Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications
- Maintains system documentation
