Döhler Turkey is looking for a "Buyer- Contract Management" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Food Technology or similar,
- 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably in the food industry,
- Experience in toll manufacturing processes,
- Previous experience in sourcing and material group strategy,
- Usage of the digital systems and initiation of optimizations for a penetrating digitization of the business processes .
Job Description:
- Planning and executing toll manufacturing projects with selected vendors. Proactive screening of potential toll manufacturing vendors both domestic and abroad,
- Stimulating continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures and implementing corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager,
- Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces,
- Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems,
- Analysing and evaluating current and potential suppliers, taking into account the internal quality and cost requirements, as well as searching for new raw materials and innovations,
- Procuring, evaluating and, if necessary, maintaining information concerning relevant price trends and developments on the procurement markets and adapting purchasing concepts and measures, if required,
- Negotiating and closing (framework) contracts.
