Now, we are hiring a Chef de Cuisine to join this marvellous project in Bodrum.

Core Activities

·To plan and project service opportunities in order to increase revenue.

·To plan and prepare creative menu in accordance to the competitors, format recipes.

·To plan, develop and implement formal training plans for his department.

·To ensure that his associates follow high standard of personal & food hygiene

·In accordance of business, to plan his department weekly roster, O.T. list and weekly time sheet, assure a smooth service sequence

·Handles employee questions and concerns.

·Assists in supervising daily shift operations.

·Supervises restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Director of Food and Beverage.

·Ensures compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.

·Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws.

·Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.

·Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

·Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financialobjectives are met.

·Encourages employees to provide excellent customer service within guidelines.

·Handles guest problems and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisor, as necessary.

·Strives to improve service performance.

·Supervises on-going training initiatives.To ensure that regular on job training is conducted in his department.

·To control operating and merchandising costs.

Competencies

· At least 5 years experience in a luxury hotel segment.

· Fluency in English and Turkish

· Guest service and detail oriented

· Positive thinking, personal presentation, initiative, adaptability/flexibility, integrity, dependability, stress tolerance, property knowledge, company policies knowledge, safety orientation, innovation, self-development.

· People management, fostering teamwork, and giving feedback

· Able to develop policies and procedures

· Self-motivated, high energy level, multi-tasking skills

· Clear verbal communication to subordinates and superiors

· Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
