QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor degrees from reputable universities
  • Minimum 3 years of total experience in Energy/Telecom/Finance/Retail with a role in CRM, Campaign Management or loyalty program management is a must
  • Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, propensity, and other analytics initiatives
  • Ability to understand, review, and explain the details of complex analyses involving large data sets and many variables
  • Comfortable in an ever changing, deadline driven challenging environment,
  • Having ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies
  • Passion to create and build from scratch
  • Strong stakeholder management approach, with experience in building network and creating, managing and influencing relationships at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret complex data, define and present clear recommendations
  • ·Adapt at simultaneously managing multiple projects with different timelines and stakeholders
  • Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Having excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Being a team player, flexible and result-oriented
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills in English, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

What will you be responsible from?

  • Defining CRM and campaign strategy and develop action plans,
  • Creating and following consumer segmentation/targeting
  • Following and analyzing the performance of KPI’s related to each consumer segment
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance metrics regarding all actions & campaigns
  • Understanding analytical models/tools and analysis and monitoring customer behaviors, generating consumer insights
  • Support business units about data, modeling & interpreting.
  • Work together with E-commerce teams on campaigns (upsell, churn etc)
  • Refine, redesign and rebuild Koctas loyalty schemes and operating Koctas’ loyalty programs.
  • Work closely with the IT department to build new infrastructure and ensure the continuous collection of the necessary data in line with changing business needs,
  • Implementation of marketing automation system and monthly reports, projects of reward differentiation and channels optimization
  • Collaborating directly with partners to execute partner campaigns
  • Planning and control of the Loyalty program’s budget
