QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration field
  • Advanced knowledge in office applications and reporting tools (Microsoft Office, VBA, PowerBI)
  • Preferably experience in e-commerce field
  • In-depth knowledge in e-commerce dynamics and reporting
  • Broad business acumen, knowledge in automotive, automotive sales market and new trends in industry
  • High level of flexibility and self-motivation
  • Highly creative mind-set with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, multi-stakeholder management capability
  • Experience in collaborative work environment with both internal and external business partners
  • Customer centric mind-set
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines and with time pressure
  • Fluent English is a must
  • No restriction for traveling

  • Drive a digital strategy with sales and marketing communications teams, that supports e-commerce success and the generation of new, strong sales leads for the sales team
  • In depth analysis of customer behavior and customer journey analytics
  • Follow-up on e-commerce actions and metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, leads
  • Coordinate/validate new e-commerce platform features deployment
  • Close follow-up of automotive and e-commerce industries in order to observe new developments and improve Mercedes-Benz processes
  • Continuously monitoring and conducting process simplification studies to ensure operational excellence
  • End-to-end design of e-commerce processes and documentation of workflows
  • Generating new business projects in order to improve the effectiveness of e-commerce processes and implementation of these projects within the Mercedes-Benz organization
  • Reporting of relevant KPI’s to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Supplying first level support to business partners regarding sales applications, coordinating communication within Mercedes-Benz organization
  • Conducting regular trainings to enhance usage of online sales applications, especially for external business partners
