Electromechanics Process Engineer
DEZEGA is a world designer and manufacturer of breathing equipment with a closed circuit. It produces breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke in Aegean Free Zone, İzmir. Nowadays DEZEGA products are being used in more than 50 countries. Over 500 thousand self-rescuers are guarding miners worldwide.
We are looking for a Electromechanics Process Engineer who will be responsible of our electrical and electronic product’s processes.
Responsibilities
- Standardization of existing manufacturing processes, machines, tools and support equipment.
- Provide all necessary and relevant process documentation for electrical and electronic components.
- Recommending and implementing continuous improvement activities.
- Under supervising of that role for new and existing products designing tools, apparatus and fixtures, ensuring the order is placed and managing its status.
- Controlling the process requirements and implement new procedures.
- Take decisions in process questions arising in the production process.
- Works on performance measurement of time and machining efficiency.
- Training blue-collar operators including improving the awareness of workers in process performance and product quality.
- Tracking of the technical documentation of new and serial products changes for the areas under responsibility.
- Assigning and tracking of tasks with project members.
- Change management of products and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Electrical and Electronic or Electrical,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process implementation and project management of products which includes Electronic Components,
- Able to manage multiple projects,
- Having good Computer Skills including Technical Drawing Software,
- Having knowledge and experienced in Technology, R&D, and process improvement,
- Knowledge in safety standards and their implementation at the plant,
- Basic understanding of statistical tools and analysis,
- Knowledge of Process Flow, Corrective Action and Problem Solving Methodologies in a manufacturing environment,
- No military obligations for male candidates.
