QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Medlife Group is a fast growing company in İzmir, Turkey that arranges treatment plans for its patients from all around the world. We specialise in many fields of medical treatments ranging from general practices to cosmetic procedures.


We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder to be assigned in our head office in İzmir.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Organizing and coordinating the Co-Founder’s daily, weekly and monthly work plans and business activities,

Scheduling meetings, events and appointments,

Arranging all travel schedule, reservations and accommodation bookings for the Co-Founder,

Participating in the meetings if needed and sharing the meeting notes,

Preparing comprehensive and accurate reports, files and presentations,

Processing and tracking of payments,

Performing basic accounting activities,

Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them,

Managing correspondences coming from many mediums of communications: call, text, email etc.


QUALIFICATIONS

-University graduate is a must

-Excellent command of English and Turkish both verbally and written

-Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

-Basic knowledge of Accounting

-No restriction for travel out of Turkey

-Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills,

-Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills

-Newly graduated or maximum 2-4 years of work experience preferred (!)

-No restriction for travel out of Turkey
