QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In order to work in our clinic which is on the Anatolian Side;
We are looking for experienced and inexperienced teammates for foreign patients and front office departments; who have a high degree of coordination and organization skills, strong human relations and communication skills, stress management skills; who can think analytically, can set up a system, who is result and solution oriented, positive, willing to learn, attentive in his work, curious and open to development, able to adapt to intense working tempo and flexible working hours and who know know office programs.
To provide support services in all areas that is needed, by establishing regular communication with all departments of the company,
Responding to incoming calls to the company in a way that suits the company's operation and style, and directing them to the required department,
Making company’s paperwork; recording the input-output documents, filing the documents,
Organizing and managing foreign patient processes,
Being able to communicate in English at a very good level (2nd Foreign Language preferably as Bulgarian, German, French, Hebrew).
