We seek for “Transport & Infra Segment Manager” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy in Marketing&Sales in Dudullu location in Istanbul.

Your background

  • University graduate (Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering )
  • Knowledge and hands on experience of core Mobility business in the Turkish market at least 5 years.
  • Being xperienced in dealing with senior management, complex decision-making processes, technical marketing, capture teams, and international /cross culture coordination with OEMs, contractors, partners, EPC’s consultants in Mobility segment.
  • Skills required are relationship building and management, communication, leadership, and deal with local and international team to ensure successful implementation of the strategy and operational plan.
  • Providing Top level leadership to local team.
  • Managing complex and large national projects pursuits.
  • Budgeting & Cost controls.
  • Building a strong relationship with major customers.
  • Developing a Business Strategy and Marketing plan.
  • Being customer service oriented.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing the Mobility (Rail, Metro, e-Mobility, Port and Airport) Business Plan for Turkish Market.
  • Collaborating with Hitachi companies for synergy projects of Mobility.
  • Identifying partnership/alliance with OEM’s & EPC’s to develop Frame agreements for long-term cooperation.
  • Developing relationship strategy for major market players (Authorities, Operators, End users and Consultants).
  • Developing Marketing plan to cover the promotion activities in the Turkish Market.
  • Leading national mobility mega projects pursuit.
  • System Integration across PG Business Lines to provide the solutions and maximize the share of wallet.
  • Identifying growth areas and gaps with required technology development.
  • Launching initiatives to achieve growth from new product / business.
  • Introducing PG as Mobility market player to the Turkish market.
  • Identifying Mobility project opportunities.
  • Identifying partnership/alliance to secure the business.
  • Being the preferred supplier for Mobility market.
  • Identifying white spots and actions to implement to cover the gaps and grow the business.
  • Participation and leading business reviews.
