Your Key Deliverables:

1.Industrial Relations

Provide strategic advice, support and guidance to key stakeholders within the cluster on industrial and employee relation matters in a timely, consistent and commercially sensitive manner, to ensure compliance and risk management.

2.Administrative Affairs

Partner with third party service providers including transportation, cleaning, catering and security. Monitoring the work of administrative staff. Budgeting and cost management works for the service providers.

3.Problem Solving

Determine best solutions to the issues as related to functions in his/her responsibility area. Consults with HR Manager for the issues that require unique and complex solutions. Conflict resolution in line with the procedures, apply appropriate remediation.

Qualifications:

· HR Generalist or HR Executive, preferebly with industry background in a multinational company

· A bachelor level university degree is required

· Average 8 years of relavant working experience is required

· Applied knowledge of local laws for employment and personnel affairs

· Considerable experience in negotiating, dispute resolution, and greviance handling

· Strong business understanding, awareness of financial impact derived from HR decisions

· General knowledge in the human resources field with emphasis on recruitment, employee development, performance and talent management

· Proven planning and organisational skills, attention to the details, ability to handle multiple tasks

· Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information and process active listening skills and the ability to negotiate resolutions between parties.
