QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree from Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields
· 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English
· A well organized and detail oriented person with an ability to multi-task
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Eager to make a career in HR Management
· Effective communication and coordination skills
· Problem solving skills to be able to work in multitask environment
· Desire to learn and achieve targets
· Good knowledge in MS Office, Excel and HRIS Systems
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Head of HR;
· Managing all recruitment processes; job postings, screening and short-listing candidates and making first candidate interviews
· Coordinating onboarding and orientation program for new comers to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement
· Taking an active role in HR projects by translating business requirements into effective practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
· Thinking strategically regarding Organizational Structure, Competency & Development and Culture & Engagement continuously to improve the company standards
· Updating and maintaining employee and subcontractor Data in HRIS system
· Maintaining HR Documents and Guidelines
· Managing Internship Programs
