QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are global mining company which has several sites around the world. We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated Human Resources Generalist for our project in Develi.
Job Profile
- Playing a key role for implementing Success Factors (SAP), managing the project plan for Turkey operation in consultations with global EBC Program Manager, tracking and managing project progress in terms of scope and timelines,
- Preparing data, flowcharts and other necessary documentation for the implementation,
- Preparing and updating policies, standards & job descriptions,
- Providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative in responsibility area,
- Bringing value and support to the business through recruitment, employee relations, employee development, compliance initiatives, coaching, execution of Performance management,
- Assisting and supporting the HR team in all other relevant tasks.
Qualifications
- University degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management,
- At least 5 years of job experience in Human Resources, SAP Success Factors implementation experience is necessary,
- Working experience in multinational and English-speaking environment,
- Good command of MS Office Applications,
- Knowledge about Turkish labor law and regulations,
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
- Self-disciplined and self-starter,
- Effective communication and presentation skills,
- Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
