JOB DESCRIPTION
Support sales teams for bids, tenders, and projects
Conducts market research, intelligence gathering/competitor benchmarking, and monitoring processes to accurately assess the performance of existing products and the market potential for new products, as well as other market opportunities.
Plans and develops long-term plans and short-term programs in response to market conditions and actual product performance. To exploit opportunities in order to maximize volume and profit.
Develops case studies about products, sales success stories, technology developments, etc., which will be distributed to appropriate media.
Prepares and coordinates product training and updates.
Monitors product stock levels to ensure product availability.
Improves partner and customer experience to retain and grow.
Periodically review the plan and the result of the marketing activities with local and regional management.
Participates/leads industry and business-related organizations, society, conferences, and other client-related activities.
Ensures continuous knowledge improvement on IT industry & products- solutions.
