The role of the OEM Channel Specialist is to develop and maintain the sales channel strategy and budget in Motion, Drive Products in Istanbul, Turkey, ensuring regular follow-up and providing strategy input for the Sales team. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously monitor performance.
Your responsibilities:
- Implements the agreed channel sales strategy and budget.
- Contributes to achieving key targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) for the channel in the specified market.
- Creates detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up.
- Regularly reports progress against channel strategy, plans and budgets.
- Conducts analyses on channel activity and takes ownership for solving problems identified.
- Supports in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers.
Your background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electric & Electronical, Electric Engineering,
- Minimum 2 years of sales and channel experience,
- Experience working with Industrial end users and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM’s),
- Strong technical application, take-off, and proposal development skills,
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs,
- Good command of English.
