GENEL NİTELİKLER

The role of the OEM Channel Specialist is to develop and maintain the sales channel strategy and budget in Motion, Drive Products in Istanbul, Turkey, ensuring regular follow-up and providing strategy input for the Sales team. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously monitor performance.


Your responsibilities:

  • Implements the agreed channel sales strategy and budget.
  • Contributes to achieving key targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) for the channel in the specified market.
  • Creates detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up.
  • Regularly reports progress against channel strategy, plans and budgets.
  • Conducts analyses on channel activity and takes ownership for solving problems identified.
  • Supports in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers.


Your background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electric & Electronical, Electric Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and channel experience,
  • Experience working with Industrial end users and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM’s),
  • Strong technical application, take-off, and proposal development skills,
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs,
  • Good command of English.
