GENEL NİTELİKLER

This Service Sales Specialist has the task of delivering the Marketing & Sales service portfolio to ABB customers within the Electrification, Services in Istanbul, Turkey helping to drive sales volumes and margins across the Service product portfolio and regularly updating the database with changes made on-site. In this role you will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating installed base and promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value-added solutions.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop business through market research and customer visits and identify project opportunities via the SFDC database.
  • Achieve sales order volume as per agreed team and personal target.
  • Utilizing the ServIS database to understand the existing installed base and identifying and developing sales opportunities within the Electrification business.
  • Establishing long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Responding immediately to issues and demonstrating in-depth technical Service product/solutions knowledge to promote product Life Cycle Management.
  • Ensure the customer satisfaction during / after deliveries and continues support to customers and follow up on further service requirements.
  • Communicating contract details in accordance with ABB offerings and strategy and managing associated administrative Sales processes.
  • Preparing and reviewing sales plans and proposing recovery actions when needed to ensure all targets are met.
  • Implementing the Service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating installed base, and promoting various replacement, upgrade, retrofit, digitalization and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and ABB.
  • Actively promoting ABB’s Service products and solutions during various marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings) while monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration.



Your background:
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering,
  • At least 2 years of experience in field service and/or sales,
  • Good knowledge in medium and low voltage products, systems, solutions and related operation, maintenance,
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English,
  • Action oriented, communicate effectively, customer and market orientation, innovative, problem solving, team work oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and strong negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling.
