GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are currently looking for a dynamic Guest Experience Manager for our 52 Rooms Luxury Boutique Hotel located at Yalikavak, Bodrum. The Person will be responsible for general supervision of Front Desk and Guest Relation and smoothly run overall Front of the House operation.
To cover in all areas of the Front Office Department as and when required
To be fully conversant with all Front Office departmental policies and procedures
To ensure that Guest Satisfaction scores are improving and guest is being taking care of perfectly.
To make sure that proactive communication between team members, guest and related departments are followed.
To oversee the pre-allocation of V.I.P. & Regular Guest rooms
To prepare, implement and report on departmental goals and training plan.
To ensure all Front of the House operation is adequately staffed
To ensure Financial procedures & Hotel Credit Policy is adhered to by the Front Office Department
To ensure Front Desk staff are quoting correct room-rates and using yield management system to maximize on average rate and revenue
Reports directly to General Manager
