Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources and similar departments
Minimum 3-5 years work experience in payroll, time attendance operations, union processes, and blue-collar relations.
Good level of knowledge about Business and Social Insurance Law Good level of knowledge about SAP HR
Good knowledge of MS Office applications Industrial plant experience is an advantage.
Excellent level of English High competence in planning and organizational skills, High performance in analysis and reporting
