QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a colleague who will work as a “Procurement Master Data Governance Assistant Specialist" to be employed in our Kibar Group companies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree - Preferably in Engineering,
- 1+ years of data analysis, Master Data Governence (MDG) system management, reporting, catalog management,
- Negotiation skills,
- Internal customer communication,
- Fluent in English,
- Excellent computer skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing master data and system requirements of Group Companies and procurament,
- Reassignment of Material/Service Codes and Category Management,
- Identifying category templates,
- Periodicly reviewing the category structure,
- Reporting & Monitoring for all company and categories,
- Determining the needs of insfrastructure in order to manage effective systems,
- Identfying the needs in order to increase the effectiveness of processes and, systems, making analiysis and development plans, tests and managing realization term of the project,
- Determining action plans for preventing problems in procurement processees.
