At least 2 years luxury hotel experience as a sales manager
Job Description
- Primarily responsible for driving MICE business to the hotel
- Handling specific group requests. Receiving requests, organizing programs, making quotations and coordinating directly with the agencies and companies.
- Developing sales as per the established sales budgets.
- Follow up on all actions generated as a result of this sales activity ensuring that all revenue opportunities are maximized to their fullest
- Develop sales plans and strategies (with ADOS & DOS & DOSM) to meet or exceed established revenue and target goals
- Design, develop and execute all promotional products, and special packages to secure leisure business.
- Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, workshops, host site inspections and develop sales activities
- Collaboration and communication with Regional Sales Offices in assigned territories, to maximize sales opportunities.
- To provide accurate and timely reporting on segment, account production and propose actions/strategies.
- To monitor sales activities of market competitors and report at sales meetings.
- Increase lead conversion and impact customer/guest satisfaction by being able to provide solutions to their needs.
