Ghanbari, 1987‘den bu yana faaliyet gösteren Ghanbari Dış Ticaret'in bünyesindeki mobilya, aydınlatma ve aksesuar marka ve ürünlerini, yurt içi ve yurt dışında iç dekorasyon gereksinimi olan projelerle buluşturduğu markasıdır. İran, Türkiye, Dubai, Azerbaycan, Katar başta olmak üzere global pazarda pek çok projeye imza atan Ghanbari, konut ve ticari projelerin ihtiyacına yönelik odağı ile, distribütörlüğünü yaptığı dünya markalarının geniş ürün çeşitleri yanında, dünyanın farklı yerlerindeki tedarikçilerle oluşturduğu ilişkileriyle, projeye özel lisanslı üretimleri de sağlayabilmektedir.

Çalışma lokasyonumuz Maçka/Beşiktaş/İstanbul’da yer almaktadır.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from related departments of universities, preferably from Architect & Interior Architect, Design departments,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury segment brand and product sales of furniture decoration sectors,
  • Having a portfolio of customers,
  • Experienced in customer acquisition and new portfolio creation,
  • Excellent English communication skills,
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office skills and preferably using Autocad,
  • Having sales persuasion and communication skills,
  • Having an advanced design culture, following current trends,
  • Strong representation, able to reflect the brand image,
  • Well-versed in presentation techniques, advanced level of reporting knowledge,
  • Has a driver's license and can actively drive,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service,
  • Successful in human relations, high communication and persuasion skills,
  • Advanced research, problem solving, analysis and decision making skills,
  • Presentable, dynamic and attentive to its appearance, principled and responsible
  • High level of planning, organization and follow-up skills,
  • Careful, self-disciplined, dynamic, solution and result oriented.


Job Description

  • Promoting the company's brand, services, sub-brands to the target audience,
  • Performing target-oriented activities, implementing determined business strategies,
  • Managing and supervising the entire sales process, from the identification of needs to the end of the product and service,
  • Managing bidding processes and customer payments,
  • Follow up and manage sales projects,
  • Responsible for domestic and international marketing and sales activities,
  • Communicating with the client, conducting presentations and visits and analyzing clients' needs,
  • Creating and updating the customer database and assisting in finding new customers,
  • Helping to determine the sales prices of the products,
  • Determining the payment methods in accordance with the company's collection policies,
  • Preparing offers and deciding on discount rates in accordance with the company's general price policy,
  • Creating the strategies of the determined annual sales targets and reaching the targets,
  • Preparing and following up sales contracts,
  • Preparing the tender files in accordance with the relevant specifications and representing the company when necessary,
  • Ensuring that product returns and warranty transactions are carried out in accordance with the procedure,
  • Examining and following the sales conditions, methods, promotional activities and targets of competitors, analyzing the company's position,
  • Reporting the feedback from sales activities to the relevant departments,
  • Supporting the making of showroom and visual arrangements for the most appropriate and correct presentation of all the brands of the company.
