Minimum 4-5 years of experience preferably in a multinational working environment
Job experience of multiple human resources disciplines in recruitment, development, employee relations and operations
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications,
Fluency in English
Knowledge of labour law
Dynamic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking, planning and organizing ability

Job Description
Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process such as posting positions, cv screening and conducting competency-based interviews, coordinating interviews with the managers
Support in developing talent acquisition strategies and back-up creation for each critical role
Managing of employee training programs
Support employee relations issues according to company policies
Participate in HR related projects especially being in connection with Corporate & Regional HR
Preparing of HR reports (documentation for all leave usage, sick reports, resignation, labor contract, private pension plan, private health insurance, FTE calculation etc.)
Following the HR trends, best practices, new technologies, making improvement and development that will increase the efficiency of the HR systems
Controlling calculation of outsourced payroll process and related activities
Preparing personnel files, including all legal and required documents concerning personnel affairs
Organization of company evetse and social activities
Managing of relationship between outsourced services (Security & Catering)
