The Profile We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering / Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience of Human Resources
- Minimum 4 years experience of management in Human Resources
- Experienced in training, development, career management and performance management processes
- Preferably with coaching training
- Fluent in English
- Developed leadership skills
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
Position Details
- This position is managed by the subordinates within the framework of company rules and leadership competencies, evaluating business results and managing development plans.
- Identifying talent needs to support the company's strategy, creating and monitoring development plans
- Performing a leadership role in the design, organization and coordination of all processes related to training, development, career management and performance management functions
- Guiding the department managers about the talent pools for the development of the department and the company, ensuring that the development plans of the employees are followed
- Monitoring the Talent Development Dialogue process and making necessary improvements
- Supporting the implementation of career plans developed in line with the performance potential matrix
- Following and leading the implementation of new trends that support education & development
- Management of all learning activities and associated budget throughout the company
