The Profile We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering / Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years experience of Human Resources
  • Minimum 4 years experience of management in Human Resources
  • Experienced in training, development, career management and performance management processes
  • Preferably with coaching training
  • Fluent in English
  • Developed leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills

Position Details

  • This position is managed by the subordinates within the framework of company rules and leadership competencies, evaluating business results and managing development plans.
  • Identifying talent needs to support the company's strategy, creating and monitoring development plans
  • Performing a leadership role in the design, organization and coordination of all processes related to training, development, career management and performance management functions
  • Guiding the department managers about the talent pools for the development of the department and the company, ensuring that the development plans of the employees are followed
  • Monitoring the Talent Development Dialogue process and making necessary improvements
  • Supporting the implementation of career plans developed in line with the performance potential matrix
  • Following and leading the implementation of new trends that support education & development
  • Management of all learning activities and associated budget throughout the company
