QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.
We're looking for a Technical Services & After Sales Manager to one of our international clients who is building and installing factory equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the technical communication with suppliers and manage the local contract in terms of delivery, quality, costs,
- Support customers for technical details and process,
- Set up a service team (sales of spare parts, continuous maintenance agreement, aftersales interventions... etc.) with the customers that has installed,
- Propose a service strategy with company HQ,
- Support HQ and GM in the formulation of BIDs/ sales contracts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar technical managerial position,
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Good knowledge of the operational activities for the mechanical equipment,
- Willing to work in a multicultural environment,
- Fluency in English is a must.
