Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (preferably majors with Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering..etc)
At least 2 - 4 years of full-time brand management & marketing experience in FMCG companies
Experienced in analyzing and drawing conclusions with related teams about market & consumer research reports and trends
Be a dynamic & good team player, ambition to drive and create successful results
Strong presentation and communication skills, creative and innovative personality
Strong awareness, understanding and knowledge of the market & consumer & shopper reports & insights
Multitasking & problem solving & strong analytical thinking
Fluency in English both written and spoken, other languages will be asset
Proficiency in MS Office applications
No restriction to travel
About Job
Assists all the development process of marketing mix including new product launchs with new packagings, closely work with R&D team.
Assists all the marketing processes of company both above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) projects
Develops new product & brand ideas with NPD team
Coordinates all the launch / relaunch 3rd party agency & supplier relation
Follows the market dynamics with research reports and analyses.
Assists, prepares and executes marketing plans under his/her responsibility.
Works with closely with sales, trade marketing, R&D teams
