QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Barilla Turkey is looking for a temporary Customer Service Assistant based in İstanbul city to join Customer Service and Demand Planning Team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferably experience in Customer Services or Sales Support functions
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Good communication and organization skills
• Strong analytical thinking & team working skills

Job Description :

• Supporting Customer Service Specialists for the whole operation from order entry to delivery to customers
• Managing the customer orders in the system
• Being responsible of the operations for customer return invoices in coordination with relevant teams
• Fulfilling the other tasks set by the Superiors in the given area and/or responsibility
