We are looking for a "Customer Service Coordinator" to join the team of our international client operating in forest industry.
- At least 2 years´ experience in customer service, supply chain or similar area
- Good communication skills and communicate fluently in Turkish as well as in English on an advanced level
- Commercial awareness and be interested in developing product and technical knowledge
- Supply chain knowledge and knowledge about import or exports is an advantage
- Customer service mind-set, be able to build, maintain and improve customer relations and understand customer needs.
- Paye attention to detail and working with high accuracy
- Have good organizational skills
- Be flexible, open to changes and have experience or be interested in working in a continual improvement environment
- Like solving problems in order to achieve win-win solutions.
İŞ TANIMI
- Customer relationship management,
- Order management – order entry, progression and communication of orders to all necessary parties, proactive intervention in process disturbance situations, optimizing load to achieve the effective distribution of goods,
- Customer data maintenance including price lists,
- Complaints handling - including entry, progression as well as the internal coordination and customer communication,
- Customer communication related to pricing, products, sales conditions, technical questions and supply chain,
- Technical consultation on the recommendation of the product, organization and control of samples and testing, technical documentation and brochures,
- Sales support – including search and information analysis, support in pricing,
- Proactive activities including product promotion and follow up,
- Support in following up payments and cheque handling.
