QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Digital Communications Professional for our Communications organization.


What are my responsibilities?

·       Work with BU product teams within key businesses to build strong 360-degree digital marketing communication campaign strategies, execute and follow up for KPIs and results

·       Manage, develop and execute local digital communications campaigns,

·       Manage digital communications activities with optimum budgets and regular reporting.

·       Designing, building and maintaining Siemens’ social media presence

·       Planning and execution all organic and paid (digital media buying) campaigns (SEO/SEM, PPC,  display, emailing, demand generation and social)

·       Work with digital communications teams at HQ to localize global digital communications and product launch campaigns

·       Manage all e-mailing campaigns

·       Management of Siemens Turkey web site with localization of content, creating and updating product and landing pages,

·       Leveraging demand and lead generation process with social channels, e-mail marketing and web site marketing automation tool – creating campaigns and analyzing them

·       Briefing partner agencies to develop brand digital assets (website, mobile applications, social  media content, services etc.) that bring to life the brand purpose

·       Manage local Intranet platform

·       Management of social media crisis: moderation & comms


What do I need to qualify for this job?

·       Min 8 years solid digital marketing experience

·       Fluent in both English and Turkish

·       Hands-on experience in digital media buying (Management of large scale digital media projects, having Google Ads Search, Display, 360, Facebook Blueprint and/or LinkedIn Marketing certifications etc)

·       Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects

·       Having strong knowledge about

    • Content Management platforms (Sprinklr, Hootsuite etc.)
    • Marketing automation tool (Eloqua, Marketo etc.)
    • Content management systems (Adobe AEM etc.)
    • Data collection, activation, governance and analysis
    • Traffic and lead generation
    • Digital analytics & reporting tools knowledge e.g.: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.
