QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the API group brand, there are independent Ltd and anonym companies in the fields of Agriculture, Real Estate, Construction, Renewable Energy, Tourism and Media in Turkey, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Qatar and Montenegro.
We are looking for a “Finance Director" for head quarter of API Group
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field required,
- 10+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, reporting experience in investment companies, (agriculture & construction experience is a plus)
- Experienced in reputable audit firms, ( preferably Big Four)
- Turkish CPA (SMMM) License will be considered as a plus,
- Very good knowledge of accounting principles and local regulations,
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, relationship and interpersonal skills,
- Developed management skills, strategic perspective, with business / customer oriented thinking and acting.
İŞ TANIMI
- Leading the company’s general finance and accounting processes, planning, controlling and coordinating the operating plans, budget, and forecasts, development and cost management,
- Risk management,
- Managing standard conditions and local implementation of necessary legal procedures, ensuring all work is done in conjunction with the all company’s processes and policies,
- Leading the company’s tax planning and management process,
- Leading the system development and process improvement projects in group companies under his/her responsibility,
- Leading the performance management and business planning processes in group companiesunder his/her responsibility,
- Developing a Management Information System .
