QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GE is currently recruiting for a Talent Sourcing Partner (Contractor) who will be employed with an indefinite contract through our payroll partner to support our Gas Power business.


Job Overview:

You will be responsible for identifying candidates for GE’s most critical positions, both for current and future needs. Handle relationships with candidates and key internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work as part of a Talent Acquisition team to ensure that the function makes a difference and hires the best people in to GE.

In this roleyou will:

• Partner with TA team members, Hiring Managers, relevant HR counterparts and candidates

• Create passive candidate pipelining & mapping along with marketing plans that drive successful recruiting outcomes while ensuring diverse/local slates

• Use various sourcing channels to attract talent using search tools, job boards, Boolean searches and social media

• Establish and maintain talent communities and use CRM tools to develop robust candidate pipelines

• Attend and share insights in Job launch meeting with HM/HRM. Share industry & market knowledge, including competitor analysis and salary benchmarking with internal customers

• Qualify candidates using the available job description information, references, technical screens and test sources

• Naturally self-directed, working as an individual contributor supporting an assigned client group or recruiters

• Can operate at both a detailed and high level – can view issues strategically, tactically and operationally

• Help support GE’s diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and styles

• Capable of working cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet overall business recruiting goals

• Able to leverage market insights and relevant data to influence hiring decisions


Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and minimum 3-4 years of experience as a researcher (ideally sourced for technical roles) with a proven track record of building pipelines for diverse industries

• Strong domain expertise in leveraging sourcing tools such as Linkedin or equivalent platforms & able to use Boolean to identify passive candidates

• Solid experience in working with Senior Client groups, including: Conducting Job Launch meetings, organizing calibration calls, creating passive candidate pipelines and preparing dashboards to share market insights

• Either experience or a commitment to helping drive diversity and/ or local hiring projects
