We are looking for a coworker to be responsible for all functions of Human Resources.
Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact for line managers to understand, anticipate and resolve the business needs
- Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organizational development
- Demonstrate the ability to work closely with the team and business leaders
- Coach and advise teams, leaders, employees on the process of hiring, onboarding and retention issues
- Execute HR cycles such as performance management, budgeting, compensation and benefits, salary increases, promotions, succession plannings in compliance with Anadolu Group’s yearly calendar and policies
- Deliver the learning and development processes inline with Celik Motor Academys’ strategy
- Develop and implement new HR digitalization projects inline with company’s strategic direction and needs
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
- Strong communication, presentation skills
- Excellent in teamwork, planning and organization skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and react to changing priorities
- A business and result-oriented, digital mindset
