QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Orhan Holding is a group of companies operating in the automotive sector with over 10000 employees. It is situated in 4 continents with 27 production sites, 6 R&D and Engineering Centres.
In the automotive sector, it continues to grow with its new investments and continuous development approaches in line with its strategy of being the first preferred supplier for customers worldwide.
We are looking for a "Human Resources Leader " with the following characteristics to be employed in our company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred),
- Have minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HR Professional, preferably in the following functions such as organizational development, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, employer branding.
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
- Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
- Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills,
- Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels,
- Good team player with strong problem-solving skills,
