QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Coats’ Turkish subsidiary, Coats Türkiye, is searching for a Turkey Human Resources Business Partner work in the Bursa factory located at the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone.

  • University degree
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager or comparable role in HR
  • Advanced in English
  • Labour Law and Legal Applications Knowledge
  • Industrial Relations and negotiation knowledge
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Result oriented
  • Pro-active management skills
  • Judgement skills
  • Success Factor knowledge
  • Experience in Global projects


JOB DESCRIPTION


Recruitment and leaving process

  • Preparation and manage annual headcount budget
  • To select right person for the position, give an HR support to business unit by competency based interview. ( For the senior positions.)
  • Newcomer performance evaluation follow-up at the end of trial process. ( For the senior positions)
  • Manage dismissal/leaving process in line with the legal and Collective Bargain requirements when necessary

Remuneration and fringe benefit management

  • Manage employees’ tally and payroll processes.
  • Establish and maintain suitable wage systems for positions
  • Manage remuneration and fringe benefits in accordance with the legal and Collective Bargaining requirements.
  • Preparation and manage annual HR Department’s budget


Organisational Development and Performance Management

  • Support management with HR expertise and insight for the strategically decisions that may affect employees.
  • Implement and maintain performance management system in line with the company HR strategies.
  • Support business units and management for talent management and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance of labour law and legal requirements in all applications of HR strategies
  • Manage events/ organizations in order to improve employee’s motivation.

Employee services

  • Manage food, shuttle, cleaning, security and gardening services.
  • Prepare and ensure application of working life instructions, company policies and procedures.
  • Give HR support to Health and Safety applications

Industrial Relations

  • Manage relations with the union, representatives and blue collar employees.
  • Give HR support to management of Collective Bargaining Process
  • Predict and manage the situations that might threaten the piece, take preventive actions for conflicts and lead the solution.


Legal Responsibilities

  • Manage relations with the local public institutions

Health and Safety:

  • Has responsibility for supporting organization on confidential occupational safety, health and risk matters, such as medical services or personnel record keeping.
  • Managers at all levels and functions have responsibility either directly or through appropriate managers, supervisors and team leaders that the operation/activities within their areas of responsibility are carried out in accordance with company/site policies and legislation and that any requirements are integrated into the work activities under their control.
