QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Engineering fields,
  • At least four years of experience in IT support,
  • Very well versed in support of end-user IT devices and services (Computers, IOS, Windows, Office 365, Printers, IT infrastructure, etc.),
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP, Domain, User concepts
  • Basic knowledge of IT network systems; Switch, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, Firewall, etc.
  • High-level problem solving and troubleshooting skills,
  • Team-oriented and have high communication skills,
  • Able to work in a customer-focused manner and has a business ethic regarding confidentiality and responsibility,
  • No travel restrictions, able to travel abroad frequently.


Responsibilities


  • End-user IT Support for international FLO stores and office staff,
  • Analyze and solve requests/incidents created by international users.
  • Managing IT inventory and assets internationally,
  • Following IT purchases with the procurement department,
  • Taking part in IT projects, supporting roll-outs on-site if required,
  • Creating IT knowledgebase documents and end-user manuals,
  • Organizing training for local IT specialists,
  • Planning store opening steps,
  • On-site installations of the new store opening,
